the hotel was located short walk to ha giang and the centre. the staff were superbly friendly and helpful without being intrusive. the vibe here was family. private parking was available on site for gbp 12 per day. our stay there was really great.

Located in the heart of the city, it was a great place to stay before and after the loop. the spacious rooms were very comfortable, with air conditioning and cozy beds. the pool was well-maintained and refreshing on a hot day. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and even offered to help with laundry and transport. the breakfast was delicious, especially the mango shakes, and the cats and puppy on the property added a lovely touch.

The garden and swimming pool were lovely and well-maintained, and the spring rolls were really good! We also enjoyed the comfortable beds. The location was secluded and away from the city chaos, which was perfect for a weekend away.

There were very limited food options nearby, so it was difficult to find snacks or meals outside of the property. It would have been helpful if there were more food options within walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ha Giang. The staff went above and beyond, picking us up from the bus station and even providing a bike to rent. They were incredibly helpful in organizing our return bus tickets and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The location, nestled in a rural area, was perfect for some peace and quiet. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a nice hot shower and a mosquito net over the bed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and reasonably priced. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
